Anthony Luejes a.k.a. Sociedad Anónima
Vinyl & Hybrid Performance Instructor
Every class is taught one-on-one by Anthony Luejes — Sociedad Anónima behind the decks. Not a rotating staff, not a pre-recorded video.
A DJ and producer whose sound sits where Afro percussion, 90s tribal techno and raw Soviet-inspired electronics meet — hypnotic, physical and unmistakably his own.
He treats the booth as an instrument rather than a playlist: vinyl, digital and up to six decks at once, layering loops, textures and live transitions into a single narrative. That's the level of control you'll be learning from — not just how to mix two records, but how to move a room.
- Clubs
- UnderClub · Crobar · 999 Ciclo — plus tours across Latin America, the United States and Europe
- Shared the booth with
- Hector Oaks · David Lohlein · CHONTANE · Sol Ortega

Frequently asked
Before You Book
01Do I need any previous DJ experience?
No. The program adapts to your level. Complete beginners start from how a turntable works and their first needle drop. DJs already comfortable on CDJs or controllers move faster through the fundamentals and spend more time on ear training, pitch riding and long analog mixes.
02Do I need to bring my own equipment or records?
No. You train on professional turntables and club-standard mixers at the academy, and we provide records for every class. If you already own records you're welcome to bring them — building your set around music you love is part of the training.
03How long does the program take?
Around two weeks for the full program, depending on the track you choose and how many classes you take per day. Because training is 1-on-1, the schedule is built around your availability.
04What's the difference between the 10, 12 and 15-class tracks?
The 10-class track covers core technique end to end: equipment, cueing, beatmatching by ear, long mixes and a final assessed performance. The 12-class track adds vinyl culture and hybrid vinyl + CDJ performance. The 15-class track adds record care, crate digging and developing your own artistic identity — and it's the only one that includes the opportunity to play a real gig in Tulum.
05Will I really get to play at a real event?
With the Platinium track, yes — after passing the final evaluation you'll be booked for your first gig in a beautiful Tulum location. Performance opportunities depend on the program you choose and on the event calendar at the time of your stay.
06What do I take home at the end?
A professionally recorded vinyl or hybrid DJ set — filmed in an epic Tulum location with 3 cameras and a drone, with professionally recorded audio — plus photo and video content you can use as an artist, and your official certification.
07Is the training in English or Spanish?
Both. Classes are taught in whichever of the two you're most comfortable with.
08Do you help with accommodation and getting around Tulum?
We can point you to places to stay close to the academy and help you plan your stay, so you can focus on the classes and on the city's music scene.
